This rare dessert plate from the S.M.Y. Hohenzollern, dated 1899, is an impressive testament to imperial dining culture and a coveted collector's item for lovers of KPM porcelain, Kaiser Wilhelm II memorabilia, and maritime history. Crafted from white glazed porcelain, the plate features the great coat of arms of Emperor Wilhelm II in the center, framed by the chain of the Order of the Black Eagle – one of the highest Prussian orders.

The rim bears the imperial presence standard above a banderole inscribed "S.M.Y. Hohenzollern", the state yacht of Emperor Wilhelm II, which served as a representative ship of the Imperial Navy from 1893 to 1918. The exclusive dinner service was only used when the Emperor was personally on board and is now extremely rare to find.

The underside bears the typical underglaze blue scepter mark of the Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin (KPM) as well as the red orb mark, both with dating. The plate has a diameter of 22 cm and is in very good condition. Subtle signs of wear; small traces of professional restoration on the reverse.

This object combines royal provenance, high-quality porcelain manufacturing, and historical significance – a highlight for collectors of Imperial Era porcelain, KPM Berlin, and objects of German naval history.
