Binder, founded in 1869, was \u003cstrong\u003enot a court jeweler\u003c\/strong\u003e but a \u003cstrong\u003ehighly respected producer of high-quality silver goods\u003c\/strong\u003e in the German Empire.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe frame is of \u003cstrong\u003eexceptionally high quality workmanship\u003c\/strong\u003e.
